We understand many people have busy schedules and would prefer to book a personalized time to complete their introductory sessions.
You have the option to book your 3 fundamentals classes one-on-one with a trainer at a time that suits you best for $115. You’ll receive personalized attention, feedback and coaching, and after completion you’ll be able to graduate to the general the high intensity interval  classes.
